Let Rachelle Zysett, RYT 500, guide you on an exploration to grow and deepen your yoga practice. Join Yoga Vie for a series of 2 hour practices that will inspire and challenge you! Try something new, master something you’ve been working on, or just feel the vibes of your fellow yogis all practicing together.
You can expect to laugh, sweat, fall down, get back up, renew, and relax!

About Rachelle: Rachelle was introduced to yoga in 1996 and fell in love with the feeling the practice left her with every time. She took her first teacher training the summer of 1997 and taught her first class in 1999 while attending college at The University of Arizona. She has an extensive background in various styles of hatha yoga including Power, Ashtanga, and Anusara. She loves teaching flow classes with an emphasis on alignment and helping others to experience openness, freedom, and lightness in their body, mind, and heart. Rachelle is continually refining her practice and teaching so she can bring you her best every time. She enjoys cooking, being outside soaking up the sun, working out, reading personal development, and being with her family!
