About Michael-Lyn: Often found behind the scenes at the studio, Michael-Lyn McBride is a 200 hr RYT and Owner of Yoga Vie. She has studied under Virginia Allain at Yoga Vie, and restorative & yoga anatomy with Judith Hanson Lasater. After originally being drawn to yoga's ability to strengthen and challenge the body, Michael-Lyn has continued to expand her yoga practice to include meditation, restorative yoga, and breathing techniques- finding beauty in a more balanced practice.
