We want to change the conversation. Forget those new year's resolutions, let's start small. It's much easier to change ONE THING, rather than EVERYTHING. Join 200RYT Johannah Miller for a unique 4-week series to jumpstart a healthier, more nourished well being.
Join us this February to reset and renew for 2018. Get up, get moving, eat healthier, and be surrounded by those doing the same! We’ll have a chance to read Alejandro Junger’s book Clean: The Revolutionary Program to Restore the Body's Natural Ability to Heal Itself and then follow the program protocol together! There will be regular meetings and plenty of support throughout.
Reset your body back to it’s factory settings with this exciting NEW series! What's included:
- 4 yoga classes: Johannah will detail the basics of clean eating, different ways to cleanse your body, mind, and environment, as well as learn how yoga can aid in the process. Each 2 hour meeting will include a 45 minute yoga practice, along with discussion on the book and the program protocol.
- Walking group: Optional walking group will meet twice a week for a slow-paced, beginner-friendly walk. Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6:45am - 7:15am to start your day off right!
- All the tools you need: Alejandro Junger’s book Clean: The Revolutionary Program to Restore the Body's Natural Ability to Heal Itself will be included for the first 10 students who register. Johannah will walk us through the details of the program, go over recipes and tips & tricks she's learned along the way, answer any and all questions, and encourage us in our new found healthy routine!
- Community Support: Workshop will include a Facebook group for LOTS of support throughout the program. No need to go it alone!

About Johannah: Johannah Miller is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She has never been one for extreme diets or anything that included the word ‘cleanse’ for that matter (doesn’t the body know how to do its job?). After reading Alejandro Junger’s book in 2011 and committing to only the first 7 days, she made it to the full 21 days. It changed the way she related to food, her body and especially that addiction to coffee. She had more energy, better skin and more knowledge about what served her body best. Johannah has participated in the Clean Cleanse several times in her own life, and was a part of the cleanse trial group for Dr. Junger’s follow-on book, “Clean Gut: The Breakthrough Plan for Eliminating the Root Cause of Disease and Revolutionizing Your Health” under the supervision of Alejandro Junger and his support team. Johannah teaches Gentle flow and Yin Yoga weekly at Yoga Vie studio as well as private yoga/Reiki sessions.
