You may have heard yoga is supposed to make you fit, flexible, focused and stress free. Don't take our word for it, let us help guide you, step-by-step, to experience these things for yourself. The intimate group experience offers a safe, nurturing and inspiring setting to begin your yoga journey. You will leave the workshop understanding basic yoga techniques and foundation poses to help you feel confident in a scheduled group class. Learn a brief background on what yoga is and our style; common and simple breathing exercises; foundational postures and how to adapt them to your needs; and how to modify postures uniquely to your body. This workshop meets once a week, for four weeks on Sunday evenings from 5 - 6:30PM.
Please note: Due to demand, space will not be held and only reserved when paid, this series cannot be pro-rated for missed classes. There are no makeup sessions for classes missed or refunds for cancellations.
