Join Christine in this balancing practice that incorporates asana and healing singing bowls to encourage harmony within the body. The soothing vibrations and tones of singing bowls slow down breathing, brain waves, and heart rates, producing a deep sense of calm and well-being.

This class will begin with a light flow and yin practice (with the support of props), followed by an extended savasana and sound healing. Singing bowls are played to offer vibrations of restoration and healing via sound waves, emitting frequencies that work in harmony with the mind, body, and spirit connection. Experience a sense of grounding, depth, relaxation, and bliss.
