The moon is the great rhythm keeper. Its cycles remind us of the rhythms of nature and gives us an opportunity to tune into this similar nature of our bodies. The new moon is a time between the end of one cycle and the rebirth of another. It’s a time of hope, renewal, and looking at things from a new perspective. It’s a fallow period of rest and rejuvenation so that we may plant seeds for new growth in our lives.

Join Mary Bridges as she leads us through this New Moon Flow focused on resting, recentering, and setting intentions. Through the use of a gentle flow sequence in combination with restorative poses, we will gain clarity for setting future goals and harness the energy of the new moon for new beginnings.
