Whether you’ve dreamt of teaching yoga, or simply are interested in deepening your own personal practice, Yoga Vie’s 200-Hour Teacher Training program will enhance and deepen your existing practice under the guidance of our certified and passionate Teacher Training leaders. Directed by Virginia Allain E-RYT 500, this program is designed to give you the fundamentals to not only teach a vinyasa class, but to become a great instructor.

Join Virginia, and Yoga Vie, for an information session and sneak peek of what you can expect during the 2019 Yoga Teacher Training Program. We will help answer your questions, give you a chance to meet some of our faculty, staff, and even some of our previous and current students, and talk about yoga!

If you have a desire to learn, you are welcome to apply for our 200-Hour program. All level yogi’s are welcome.

About Virginia: Virginia is an E-500 RYT and founder of Yoga Vie. Since opening in 2013, the studio has created a connected and supportive community of devoted yoga practitioners of all levels. Virginia's yoga teaching style is heavily rooted in alignment-based asana and she encourages the use of props, when necessary. Providing her students with a safe space to slow down, breathe deeply, and think about yoga as more than just a workout. Her approach is to teach individual bodies as they are in the moment, in their perfect nature; rather than the collective, forcing each student to look the same. She sees each body as something unique and strives to provide a positive experience where each student is able to realize their highest self. Virginia has a passion for teaching and learning, and enjoys helping her students figure out how to connect with their bodies. She is an Advanced SmartFLOW® graduate continues to study with her teacher, Annie Carpenter. She has also studied with yoga teachers, Desi Bartlett, Tiffany Russo, Leslie Kaminoff, Trudy Goodman, Dr. John Casey, Cain Carroll, and Mary Kay West.
